Another user on the message boards that really made an impression was Geezer. He gave us the idea to do a 21 DC. We would do Tae-Bo for 21 days straight. The philosophy was that it would become a habit. He talked about Gumption Traps, which is when we sabotage ourselves with our negative thinking. My journey with Tae-Bo began out of desperation. I lost weight after my third child by using a liquid diet. I drank two shakes a day and ate one meal.
